You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and five or more years of project management experience You have project management experience in data delivery leading successful business and/or technology enterprise projects from initiation through deployment including user adoption and change management, such as: Data Management Data Governance & Quality, Master Data Management, Lineage & Metadata Management, Business Intelligence & Reporting, Data Insights & Analytics Data Platform Delivery Cloud Data Platform (Azure, AWS), Data Warehousing, Ingestion & Curation, Data Integration, Multi-Channel Data Consumption. Self-Service Data Strategy & Transformation Change Management, Organizational Design, Operating Model, Product Mode, Center of Excellence You have a foundational understanding and/or are skilled in Agile (e.g. SAFe, Scrum & Kanban) and Product Mode Delivery You've partnered cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence and courage to influence others and add value with a focus on understanding and managing the impact of change You've had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work You are a skilled communicator and can facilitate ambiguous and challenging discussions. You've fine-tuned your communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders including executive-level stakeholders When developing and executing a plan, you consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints with a continuous improvement mindset You thrive on challenges and enjoy partnering with others to achieve meaningful results ‎ Southern California Base Salary Range: $148,045-$236,872 ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
