As a Data Project Manager, you will drive and support the delivery of large and complex initiatives via agile methodology and will be expected to share your experienced perspective. Your scope will include a range of projects across the CG Enterprise - inclusive of business, process, data, technology and organizational change efforts. You will ensure outcomes for the projects are clear, executive support exists for our initiatives, effective prioritization is being applied, work is sequenced properly, and key accountabilities are understood and adopted. You will partner with business leaders, Data & Technology partners, and Enterprise Change Office ("ECO") colleagues to deliver results. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for." You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and five or more years of project management experience You have project management experience in data delivery leading successful business and/or technology enterprise projects from initiation through deployment including user adoption and change management, such as: Data Management Data Governance & Quality, Master Data Management, Lineage & Metadata Management, Business Intelligence & Reporting, Data Insights & Analytics Data Platform Delivery Cloud Data Platform (Azure, AWS), Data Warehousing, Ingestion & Curation, Data Integration, Multi-Channel Data Consumption. Self-Service Data Strategy & Transformation Change Management, Organizational Design, Operating Model, Product Mode, Center of Excellence You have a foundational understanding and/or are skilled in Agile (e.g. SAFe, Scrum & Kanban) and Product Mode Delivery You've partnered cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence and courage to influence others and add value with a focus on understanding and managing the impact of change You've had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work You are a skilled communicator and can facilitate ambiguous and challenging discussions. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging. You've fine-tuned your communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders including executive-level stakeholders When developing and executing a plan, you consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints with a continuous improvement mindset You thrive on challenges and enjoy partnering with others to achieve meaningful results ‎ Southern California Base Salary Range: $148,045-$236,872 ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
