Responsibilities:
Coordinating with marketing team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Act as support/right hand to CMO to assist in running weekly marketing meetings.
Communicating with clients through various touch points for marketing needs throughout the accelerator process.
For the accelerator branding/naming and design: to ask specific questions to the client and convey to the design team.
Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Assigning and managing tasks in the Project management system for our team.
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Preparing weekly status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
Facilitating edit requests to ensure that all parties are informed of expectations and the
the number of rounds of edits allowed is based on the budget.
Obtaining client acceptance of project deliverables.
Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements, informing the CMO of this evaluation.
Training new hires on our processes and procedures.
Double-checking QA of blogs, copywriting, logos, and social media calendars. Must share website design with CMO for approval before sending to clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
