Privately held Real Estate Owner and Operator is seeking a Property Manager to manage a hi-rise, 275 unit luxury residential property in Fort Lee, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury residential building, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for residents
• Manage a team of concierge staff, maintenance personnel, and other support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and urgency
• Implement and enforce property policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and harmonious living environment
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging
• Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to attract and retain high-quality tenants, contributing to the overall success of the property
• Oversee CapEx projects and collaborate with the construction team to ensure safe and successful delivery of all projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on luxury residential properties
• Ability to navigate different situations with unique stakeholders
• Working experience with Yardi
