Then we want YOU to join our team We are looking for Experienced Maintenance Technicians to complete our 5812 Maintenance Team PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs. Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution. Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs. General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds. Assist in snow removal as necessary. Perform other duties as required.
