Embroidery Machine Operators
Daily Production Bonuses up to $70 per day!
We have 3 shifts available:
*1st shift 6am-3:30pm M-F $13.00 hourly incentive
*Weekend shift 6am-3:30pm Sat/Sun( 3 weekdays) $14.00 hourly incentive
*2nd shift 3:30pm-1am M-F $16.00 hourly incentive
We are looking for Machine Operators to set up, maintain and operate computerized embroidery machines. You will be responsible for a key part of our company's production.
A great Machine Operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.
On-the-job training is provided, and our #1 goal is for you to be successful at your job.
The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.
Our Tajima Embroidery Machines work with precision to ensure the customer logo is shown in perfect condition on garments.
Responsibilities
- Set up machines to start a production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings
- Reviews work orders.
- Production of specialized orders such as hats, shirts, backpacks, beanies ,etc.
- Test operation of machines periodically
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift
- Maintains activity logs
Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend direction
- Strong eyesight and hand/eye coordination (able to see to thread needles)
- Standing, walking, reaching, bending throughout shift
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work at a steady to fast pace
- Basic Math skills
- Mechanical background helpful, but not necessary
