Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quality of earnings
• Mergers and Acquisitions focus
• Drafting financial due diligence and other client requested reports
• Working with clients and senior leaders to support buy and sell side transactions

Requirements:

• Must have public accounting experience
• Strong grasp of quality of earnings is required
• CPA is a plus but is not required Qualified, local candidates should apply today for immediate consideration.
