The Administrative Assistant role entails providing supporting Senior professionals within Blackstone Energy Partners. The responsibilities include: Supporting a team of professionals in BETP. Managing calendars including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating with other assistants Answering calls and acting as gatekeeper Acting as back-up support for other senior professionals Booking conference rooms for internal and external meetings; meeting and greeting guests, registering in visitor’s system Completing detailed expense and out of pocket reports including tracking receipts and project codes Coordinating travel arrangements including flights, visas, cars, hotels, and other reservations Maintaining and organizing files Tracking and processing invoices; ensure invoices go through outlined internal approval procedures. Entering and maintaining contacts in Outlook Working on various ad-hoc projects Qualifications: Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The successful candidate should have: 3 years of related experience in Financial Services Strong professional communication skills Ability to thrive in a high pressure environment. Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and meeting deadlines. High integrity with the ability to perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Desire to work as a team player with 6 admin colleagues across Energy. Experience with coordinating travel arrangements. Strong Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) Familiarity with Concur and Coupa is highly desirable. Expected annual base salary range: $105,000 - $115,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables. Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
