Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Manager at 7 Summits Construction. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and ensuring quality control. The Project Manager will also be responsible for communicating with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in expediting and logistics management
- Knowledge of construction project management processes
- Ability to manage inspections and ensure compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in project management software and tools such as Procore, Blue Beam, P6, Building Connected.
- Understanding of construction codes and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Professional certifications such as PMP are a plus
