Community Outreach Liaison

- Collaborate with our Sales and Care Navigator teams and senior living communities to drive patient referrals
- Organize and present educational opportunities and community events to draw interest from potential members
- Cold calling to generate referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationship networks with senior facility and community partners
AgeRight Advantage is a provider owned Medicare Advantage Plan that specializes in providing care and services to members residing in Senior Living Facilities. The Plan was created in 2017 and has grown to serve members across Oregon in 11 counties and over 50 facilities. Our unique model brings care and services directly to members when they need it most.
Qualifications:- Experience in long-term care, preferably in Social Services, Admissions, Marketing or Care Coordination
