Our Client is in search of an experienced Pre-Construction GEOTECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER to join the estimating/sales/management team in the New England Area.

Are you interested in a dynamic and challenging career in Ground Improvement, including Geopier® technologies, Rigid Inclusions, Rapid Impact Compaction, and Vibratory Probe Compaction? Ideal candidates MUST HAVE at least 3-5 years of management experience in GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING and Project Management.

Requirements include:

• Pre-construction "sales" experience working with GC's, Consultants, and Owners building relationships for business development.
• Confidence in managing 40-60 jobs in various stages from early estimating to final proposal and/or negotiation (we have Construction Design Engineers and Construction Project Managers to work with you).
• Strong follow-up, people, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable attending industry events and possibly giving lunch and learns for business development.
• Preferably a PE with a bachelor's degree in Civil engineering and a master's in Geotechnical engineering.
