This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Social Media Management:**
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content on various social media platforms. - Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our audience.
- Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
2. **Administrative Support:** - Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, emails, and correspondence with impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Must be able to use Canva or like programs
3. **Communication:**
- Exhibit excellent handwriting for note-taking, thank-you cards, and other written communications.
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally and promptly, ensuring clear and effective communication.
4. **Technology Proficiency:**
- Utilize various technology-based programs and software for tasks such as word processing, data entry, and project management.
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and software updates as needed.
5. **Reliability and Trustworthiness:**
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
6. **Drive and Initiative:**
- Show a proactive attitude, taking initiative to improve processes and assist team members.
- Display a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
- Excellent handwriting and impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of reliability, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to work.
