Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) for 775 REALTY, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by generating and nurturing leads, setting appointments, and supporting our real estate agents in converting these leads into clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping people find their dream homes.

#### Key Responsibilities:-

**Lead Generation:**

- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities.

- Conduct cold calling to identify prospective sellers and buyers.

**Lead Nurturing:**

- Maintain and manage a robust lead database using CRM tools.

- Follow up with leads consistently to build relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.-

**Appointment Setting:**

- Schedule appointments for our real estate agents with qualified leads.

- Pre-qualify leads to ensure they meet company criteria before scheduling meetings.

**Customer Service:**

- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining communication throughout the client journey.

- Address and resolve any concerns or issues that arise.

**Data Management:**

- Accurately enter and update lead information in the CRM system.

- Track and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation and conversion rates.-

**Collaboration:**

-Work closely with real estate agents to ensure smooth hand-offs and client satisfaction.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions about lead generation and marketing.

#### Qualifications:

- **Experience:** - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.

- Real estate experience or knowledge of the real estate market is a plus.-

**Skills:**

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.

- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.-
