Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Beer and Cider Bar Staff. As ambassadors of Queen Orchard, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Whether pouring pints or sharing knowledge about our cider offerings, you will contribute to making each customer's visit unforgettable.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Taproom Manager to ensure smooth operations

- Perform opening and closing procedures for the taproom

- Serve customers responsibly and with a positive demeanor

- Promote and educate customers about Queen Orchard's cider offerings and membership program

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the taproom

- Prepare and serve food items as needed

- Demonstrate knowledge of cider and beer offerings to provide recommendations to customers

- Adapt to changing circumstances and contribute to a collaborative team environment

- Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding alcohol service and food handling

- Represent Queen Orchard as a brand champion and uphold its values

Qualifications:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends

- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor

- Previous experience in the service industry preferred

- Passion for cider and beer, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge

- Responsible and reliable with a positive attitude
