The Entry Level Sales Associate will collaborate closely with our experienced marketing and sales team, provide exceptional customer service, support in executing marketing campaigns, and contribute to building solid relationships with our community. All of our Entry Level Sales Associates receive hands-on training on all current promotional campaigns, product knowledge, marketing systems, and sales techniques to apply to existing and potential clientele.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Work directly with our customers in a retail environment, understand their needs, and assist with product support
• Generate sales on behalf of our clients
• Attend in-person meetings to remain current on all product knowledge, sales, promotion techniques, and service benefits
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging sales technologies
• Visit clients/external agencies on a regular basis

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer-face roles (restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service)
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
