IT Business Analyst / Local Track Lead

Ownership of the progress. Responsible for driving the activities on the ground within the respective tracks together with global track lead. Contributing with business knowledge and application insight. Gathering and detailing business requests and user stories in collaboration with business process owners and super users.

• Responsible for translating business requests into user stories and have daily communication with super users

• Helping global track lead with detailing and executing test scenarios and scripts

• Acting as the change ambassador when working with system enhancements coming either from projects or new business requests and user stories

• Transition solution to US support team

• Responsible for explaining and defending the template if required
