Position Summary: Keeps the outside grounds clean free of all debris, and outside garbage cans empty. This includes, but is not limited to, the parking lots/garage, access roads, sidewalks, Porte cocheres. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Promotes superior guest service. Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Keeps outside grounds free of all debris. Cleans exterior windows. Empty outside garbage cans. Receive and follow cleaning assignments as directed, including biohazards. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. Must have good communication and verbal skills. Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions. Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours. Must be willing to walk, stoop, bend and lift up to 60 lbs. for an 8-hour shift. Must possess a valid Driver’s License. Must be willing to work in a smoking environment. Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
