Color sand

Polish
- Perform auto body repairs and restoration on vehicles according to industry standards and specifications
- Assess and diagnose vehicle damage and determine the appropriate repair methods
- Repair or replace damaged body parts, panels, and frames using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and masking
- Apply paint coatings to vehicles using spray guns or other painting equipment
- Perform buffing and polishing to achieve a smooth and glossy finish
- Install or repair auto glass as needed
- Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Knowledge of auto painting techniques and color matching
- Familiarity with dealership repair processes and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical specifications
- Attention to detail and precision in performing repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
