80Twenty is Hiring a Sales Executive Near Jackson, MS

Our client, a leading nationwide PCR lab testing company is hiring for a Territory Sales Director for their growing team. The company has gone through a period of sustained success, doubling revenue for two successive years and on track to grow by 30% this year. The TSD will be on the road in this outside sales role, covering a specific territory selling into healthcare and medical facilities. Strong knowledge of the healthcare/medical field is essential for this role, as well as experience of selling into those facilities in person by generating relationships and cold calling. This will be a full sales cycle role, and has a lot of room for growth into more senior roles as the company expands.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with healthcare and medical facilities to sell PCR testing services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic sales planning.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing client support.
  • Conduct product presentations and training for clients.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, as well as experience selling into medical and healthcare facilities in person.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within your territory - 50% (mileage and maintenance covered)
