Job Description: Job Duties include: Review and redline contracts Liaise with legal and business units on contracting matters Adherence to Broadcom's Purchasing policies and procedures Ad hoc project related work Required Skills 12 years related experience of contracts review, including redlining/drafting and working with legal for final review Understanding the purchasing contracting process from first receipt of paper through signature and Purchase Requisition creation Detailed and highly organized for fast paced organization Able to communicate well with all levels in an organization Strong process orientation and business acumen Able to work with minimal supervision, self starter and highly motivated Relevant Experience Extensive contract redlining knowledge preferred Knowledge of IT contract work is preferred Complex contracts as opposed to boilerplate contract work is preferred Understanding of budget implications around contracts is appreciated Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred Additional Job Description: Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $150,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
