Job Description: What you will do: Develop and execute end-to-end demand gen plans for live and on-demand webinars, including promotion across channels and personalized followup by sales & marketing. Ensure webinars get registrants and drive pipeline via multi-channel promotion and personalized sales marketing follow up. Work with cross-functional teams, including brand, product marketing, and field marketing, to drive webinars and campaigns forward. Write impactful copy for emails and ads that compels prospects to sign up for the webinar Work with our marketing ops team to set up promotion and follow-up sequences and call-downs for webinar audiences. Collaborate with sales to drive registration and run effective and personalized followup. Build audiences from our database to target for email sends to drive registrations. Work with field marketing to launch webinars with our partners and aggregators. Set up landing pages in Eloqua from templates with compelling copy to entire registrations. Analyze and report out on performance. End-to-end ABM campaign support, email nurture development, campaigns in a box, partner speedcasts etc. What you will need: Bachelor's and 8 years of experience in demand generation marketing. Track record of successfully promoting webinars across paid, email, and outbound channels Superb project management skills. You’ll need to keep the trains running on time across product marketing, sales, and external partners/aggregators. Copywriting abilities. You’ll write snappy and pain-focused copy for the webinar landing page, promotional emails, and ads to drive signups and post-webinar conversion. Comfort in Excel. You’ll use this to build audiences and build sheets to track which rep should work each lead. Eloqua/Go-to-webinar/zoom. You’ll develop landing pages from templates and QA their setup. Experience with LinkedIn & Meta ads. You don’t need to be an expert here, but you should have used these platforms in previous roles. Extreme attention to detail. Your copywriting across platforms should be top-notch, and you always QA your work - like ensuring followup sequences and routing are set up properly. Additional Job Description: Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $160,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
