WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Door Shop Administrative Assistant/Receptionist coordinates key punches in door shop production tickets, prices out and estimates millwork and trim, and handles A/R billing.

• Greet and assist customers vendors and delivery drivers 

• Answer phones and direct calls using a very customer service oriented approach 

• Process estimates and invoices in a timely manner 

• Other data entry responsibilities as assigned 

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one 

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; deal with problems involving a few concrete variables and standardized situations 

POSITION TYPE AND HOURS OF WORK:

This is a full-time position. Hours of work depends on hours of operations willing to work 40 hours per week. 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 

• Good computer skills is a must 

• 6 months related work experience and/or training a plus 

• Knowledge of carpentry or experience with wood products a plus

Monday-Friday 8AM - 5PM

DUE DILIGENCE:
