Position Summary:

The Driver isresponsible for presenting a positive first impression of the establishment’sfriendliness, excellent service and high standards. Primary responsibilities ofthis position include, taking accurate orders, answering customer questions,preparing pizza dough, slicing and chopping toppings like vegetable and meatsand executing customers’ orders considering special requests.

Essential Duties &Responsibilities:

· Determinesout-the-door times and communicates to fellow crew members.

· Delivers orders in asafe, efficient, and courteous manner.

· Follows Marco’s safedelivery rules, as specified in the Marco’s Manuals.

· Makes cash dropsafter each delivery run, and never maintains more than $20 cash, in accordancewith the Marco’s Manuals.

· Maintains a safevehicle that is following all applicable state safety requirements and theMarco’s Manuals, and which presents a professional, hospitable image to Guests.

· Delivers pizzas toall Guests’ front doors, including walking up steps/stairs as necessary.

· Assists inmaintaining store cleanliness.

· Assists at the CutTable and in the store as needed.

· Effectively relatesto Guests and other crew members in a courteous and cooperative manner.

Education and/or WorkExperience Requirements:

Required:

· High School Diplomaor equivalent

· Valid driver’slicense

2 Year DrivingExperience

Preferred:

· ServSafe certified

Critical Competencies:

· Maintain compliancewith all corporate-mandated training certification requirements.

· Maintain a positive,can-do attitude and demeanor conducive to a 5-star Guest experience.

· Maintain compliancewith all company, store, federal, state, and local policies, procedures, lawsand ordinances as required (particularly with regards to food, health, andsafety).

· Maintain ajust-opened store and personal appearance - unless actively making a product,all employees should be cleaning, all the time.

· Advocate anddemonstrate Marco’s Cultural Beliefs on a daily basis.

· Avoid any use ofpersonal electronic devices while on the clock.

· Demonstrate teamworkand a sense of urgency.

· Abide by allpolicies as set forth in this Handbook and the Marco’s Manuals.

Working Conditionsand/or Physical Requirements:

· Must be able tostand for long periods of time (10 hours) on any given day

· Need to be able tolift minimum 50 lbs.
