875 - 875-New England Regional is Hiring a Regional Career Development Liaison Near Woburn, MA

General Description: Support and facilitate USI’s Career Track program. Includes ongoing career development efforts among operational team members regionally.
Responsibilities: 
•Monitor Career Track associates progress and participation in the program. Report results to supervisors/managers locally.
•Responsible for execution of Career Track Manager engagement activities locally and regionally. Includes welcome lunches, activities, group outings, etc. 
•Meet regularly with Career Track Managers. Provide support as needed.
•Facilitate training/shadow sessions locally and regionally in partnership with Career Track Managers.
•Coordinate hands-on activities and events in partnership with Career Track Managers.
•Facilitate in-person engagement/connections between Career Track associates and other USI team members.
•Conduct in-person meetings with Career Track Associates throughout region. Ensure engagement in program.
•Represent USI in meetings, seminars, trade shows, and networking events. Coordinate local alumni events.
•Serve as a go-to resource for Career Track Associates for questions/issues.
•Assist in coordination of the onboarding process for new Career Track associates. 
•Support rollout and facilitation of other USI career development initiatives.
•Aid in continuous development of all Career Track associates. 
•Support HR team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed. 
•Willingness to travel within region.
 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•2 years experience in human resources.
•College degree preferred. 
•Knowledge of property & casualty and employee benefits insurance preferred. Includes knowledge of account management. 
•Understanding of career development initiatives.
•Experience coaching groups of people.
•Passion for learning and supporting the career growth of others.
•Strong organizational skills.
•Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Ability to adapt to changes in systems, procedures, processes, and policies.
•Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.
•Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
