Job Description:

The Sr. Professional/Professional Business Process plays a critical role in developing and executing CoreLogic’s Enterprise Operational Group’s (EOG) strategy, driving both the future of the business unit and shaping the efficacy of its functions. This individual is tasked with ensuring the team uses and/or develops assets and capabilities needed to improve production and efficiencies that meet or exceed customer expectations. This entails developing actionable solutions for some of the most challenging operational issues. These issues often span multiple processes, functions, vendors, and geographies, requiring fresh and disruptive thinking to navigate the ever-changing environment in which we operate.

Primary Work Activities:

  • Evaluates current business processes and develops initiatives/opportunities that improve automation, quality and reduces cost.
  • Utilizes strategic planning methodology to provide thought leadership in the development of functional strategies.
  • Analyze data, gathering insights and modeling various solutions.
  • Solicits input and ideas from others in consideration of recommendations
  • Works alongside leaders, associates, vendors and/or other business partners to develop and execute strategies and plans in support of EOG’s vision.
  • Develops meaningful insights and recommendations through data driven analysis to help solve our most complex and challenging operational problems.
  • May specifically focus on 3rd party vendor processes, SLAs, resourcing, actions plans and relationships either exclusively or as part of a broader role. 

In this role, you will work closely with leaders, operators, vendors, and the broader team to develop long-term growth plans, analyze potential opportunities, find solutions to high priority issues, and identify opportunities in operational efficiency to support our long-term success. You will have accountability over specific workstreams and often lead cross functional teams. Additionally, you will have substantial opportunity to cultivate your strategic skillset through both experiences and formal training.

Job Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years’ experience in fields such as operations, strategy, leadership, cycle-time improvements, and optimization
  • Experience in leading indirect cross functional resources in a matrix organization
  • Experience with managing off-shore resources.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of the organization, specifically the ability to create and tell a story with supporting data.
  • Experience leveraging market and industry insights to develop a vision and execution strategy
  • Strong project management, analytical and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines
  • Expert command of MS Office products required (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to cultivate strong collaborative working relationships and contacts within work group, across other company functions and with external organizations or vendors
  • Proven ability to influence others and drive meaningful change results
  • Ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources, prepare spreadsheets, charts, graphs and tables of information and to plan and prioritize multiple work assignments
  • Work under limited supervision and guidance to identify and ensure achievement of team goals and to complete individual work assignments within established time frames
  • Demonstrates behaviors that align with our values and fosters an inclusive culture.
