What We Do

We are looking to add a Commercial Associate Escrow Officer to our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for establishing new commercial escrow accounts and processing escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures. This position plays a key role in transforming the commercial real estate experience by empowering our employees and customers to deliver next-generation solutions and results.

What You’ll Do: 

• Handles certain types of escrows completely with minimum Supervision.
• Works closely with Escrow and Underwriting in identifying and reducing risk.
• Participates as an active member in NCS Sat calls and training that is deployed.
• Strong working knowledge of Corporate and NCS policies and procedures including wire fraud.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring: 

• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Good client relations, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to speak effectively , timely and precisely with all parties involved in a transaction
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5 years related experience directly handling escrow transactions as an escrow assistant
• May require Escrow Officer certification from the Escrow Association or completion of escrow officer training program by a title company or bank (dependent upon State)

Pay Range: $26.53-$36.35 hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
