What We Do

First American is reinventing the commercial title industry from within. We’re looking for a unique, ambitious individual who wants to join an early-stage, high-growth operation within a larger, Fortune 500 organization.

You will be rolling up your sleeves to help service our quickly growing list of customers. We utilize a new, end-to-end title operations process for servicing our customers.

Simultaneously, you’ll collaboratively identify product and technical opportunities to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency of our new process.

You will be an integral part in testing and iterating on these processes while assisting commercial, national title transactions.

As a Transaction Assistant, you will :

• Support commercial real estate transactions from open to post-closing.
• Collaborate with underwriting, transaction management, and other team members to deliver superior customer service.
• Ensure customers are getting answers and transaction-related tasks are reaching completion.
• Use data to drive decision making and continual process improvements.

Your qualifications :

• Has assisted commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.
• Regional or national commercial title experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• History of delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Has a successful history of managing and serving customers.
• Strong competency handling transaction documents.

This is a fully remote job

Pay Range : $24.04 - $31.25 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
