Pharmacy Delivery Driver

• Looking for someone friendly, with good customer service, to dispatch and deliver medications to patients homes.
• Working in a small close team!
• MUST Have: Clean driving record, valid insurance, valid drivers license, authorized to work in the United States

Possible Duties include:

• Processes payments, ring up sale purchases by accurately counting out appropriate change to the patient using the Pharmacy POS system, and records prices for items purchased by entering amount and type of payment in accordance with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Prepare a prescription for home delivery as necessary
• Account for delivery receipts from driver for all delivered prescriptions
• Prepare packages, deliver, maintain documentation as instructed by patients and policies.
• When necessary, delivers medications to patients' homes or medical facilities. If needed, personal vehicle may be used, mileage and time will be reimbursed.
• Return discarded non-pharmacy merchandise to its proper location.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, forms, and records according to policy and procedures
• Maintaining a safe and clean pharmacy environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• The pharmacy driver will follow all other policies and procedures that may be added or incorporated into the pharmacy by the pharmacist in-charge, pharmacy manager, and/or pharmacy director.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
