Key Responsibility

• Scans orders accurately and efficiently; properly identifies product items.
• Greets customers, and answers their questions in a professional manner.
• Follow all cash handling procedures and complete the process accurately and efficiently.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area, and comply with internal procedures.
• Coordinates with runners to ensure proper packaging.
• Help with refund and customer services.
• Assist online shopping picking and packing.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• No experience required, some experiences better.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Good communication skills and willingness to help customers.
• Able to check and evaluate product quality and notice product description.
• Efficient, responsible and safely use equipment.
• Computer literacy.
• Require long periods of standing and lifting heavy objects.
• Need to work flexibly on weekends or holidays.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
