We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our automotive service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow. **Responsibilities:**
- Manage and lead a team of service technicians, and support staff to deliver high-quality automotive services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Schedule appointments and allocate work to technicians based on skill level and availability.
- Monitor workflow to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering parts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations in the service department.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote service offerings and increase customer retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure compliance.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in customer service within the automotive industry.
- Strong background in service writing, automotive repair, auto glass and mechanical knowledge.
- Previous experience in auto service management is highly desirable.
