A-1 Guarantee Roofing is a growing business in Springfield, MO. We have been in business for 32 years. We are a family owned and operated company focusing on residential Re-Roofing and Gutters.

Our “GUTTER” division works on many different sizes of roofs—Residential and Commercial.

Summary

Our Gutter Crew has an onsite gutter machine which they fabricate on the job site. We are currently seeking a Gutter Installer who is motivated, experienced or is willing to learn! We need someone who is going to move quick but take pride in the job that they are doing. Our Gutter Installer must also be able to go with the flow and pick up roof repairs, inspections, etc. that may need to be complete.

Our Gutter Crew works Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform their duty satisfactory.

1-2 Year Experience would be beneficial--- we would be willing to train the right individual who is seeking to make this their career.

Must be a team player.

Customer focused.

Must take pride in their work.

Must be physically able to stand and walk, lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds regularly.

Driver’s license (Bonus )
