Administrative Assistant
Joe East Enterprises is seeking a proficient and flexible individual to add to the team as an Adminstrative Assistant to work alongside our CEO.

We are a locksmith and security company serving the DFW area since 1949. Our company is growing, and we are looking to hire people to grow with us.
What You'll Do:
As an Administrative Assistant on our team, you'll work closely with our CEO to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s Sr. Management Team. Assignments typically involve work of a confidential nature and require extensive knowledge of department, business unit and company practices, policies, programs and services.
Duties include, but are not be limited to:
Act as the administrative point of contact between our Sr. Management Team and internal/external clients.
Handle executive requests and queries efficiently and appropriately.
Balance conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines.
Maintain CEO's schedule, including day-to-day and long-term management of meetings, projects, and priorities.
Schedule meetings and travel, including prioritizing meetings and communicating all relevant details to participants.
Handle email inquiries and route/respond appropriately.
Draft and edit correspondence, articles, reports and presentations; transcribe meeting notes.
Coordinate and manage special projects, including working collaboratively with staff to ensure projects meet deadlines.
Work as a member of the team, willingly providing back-up support for co-workers when appropriate.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to our senior management team (3).

Compensation: $22.00 hr to $27.00 hr. (Based on experience)
