Compensation:
- $80,000 per year
Position Description:
A Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager drives the planning and allocation of resources, maintains the budget with the scope of work, monitors progress, and provides clear communication with clients, contractors, and other trade professionals throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with clients, contractors, Project Engineers, and Superintendents within the projects assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pre-Construction, project set-up and enhance profitability
- Responsible for Scope of Work (SOW) from start to finish
- Assess the project budget at the commencement of the project and maintain the budget for the life of the project
- Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules and productivity
- Execute, maintain, and complete Change Orders
- Communicate job progress with contractors, field personnel, and office
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of seven (7) years of Commercial HVAC project management experience
- In-depth knowledge of penciled plans and sketches, blueprints, scope of work documents, project estimates, change orders and RFI’s
- Excellent communication skills to articulate and professionally communicate with both internal and external contacts
- Computer skills at all levels. Knowledge of PlansGrid, BlueBeam, eSub, Outlook and other Microsoft Suite products is beneficial
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
