A-1 Mechanical is on the lookout for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, demonstrating expertise in installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations of HVAC systems to identify issues and determine the best course of action for repair or replacement. Execute brazing and soldering of copper refrigerant lines with precision and care. Manage inventory on company vehicles, ensuring all necessary equipment and parts are stocked and organized. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently, sharing knowledge and best practices. Communicate effectively with homeowners and company representatives, providing clear explanations and professional customer service. Complete all paperwork accurately and handle payments with integrity. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must hold a current EPA Certification.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
• Must be able to pass a physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and overtime as needed.
