Expeditor Job Description

Job Summary:
Join our team as an Expeditor at A&B Burgers, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations in our kitchen. As an Expeditor, you will work closely with the kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate food and beverage orders, maintain quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Inspect dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before they are served
- Communicate effectively with servers, chefs, and management to prioritize orders
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and serving areas
- Collaborate with the team to address any customer concerns or special requests promptly
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking supplies as needed

Experience:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and basic food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive dining experience
