Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences
- Work closely with the serving staff to ensure smooth flow of service
- Handle phone inquiries and reservation bookings with professionalism
- Uphold high standards of guest service by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using OpenTable is a plus
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and basic food service procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of guest relations and the importance of delivering exceptional service
- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar setting is advantageous

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
