Key Responsibilities:
· Client Interaction: Answer incoming calls, greet office visitors, and manage emails with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Scheduling Mastery: Evaluate and schedule work orders, considering factors like technician availability, skill level, travel time, and client preferences.
· Communication Hub: Maintain seamless communication with clients and technicians to confirm appointments and manage changes efficiently.
· Daily Coordination: Check in with technicians throughout the day to ensure schedule adherence and address any arising issues promptly.
· Documentation & Support: Assist in billing documentation and support the Operations team with inventory and procurement tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
· Customer Service Pro: Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, scheduling, or reception is preferred.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent phone and email communication skills.
· Team Player: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a desire to grow within the company.
· Organized & Efficient: Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
· Reliable & Professional: Must be eligible to work in the USA and have reliable transportation.
