Crew members are responsible for:

• Working with the team to produce excellent and profitable product
• When applicable, teaching and training team members to ensure proper procedures, processes and quality of work are followed and achieved
• Understanding and meeting production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing quality of work
• Maintaining and caring for company equipment, tools and vehicles
• Following job-site and vehicle safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and orderly job site including the office yard and company vehicles
• Perform all tasks associated within landscape maintenance, which include pruning, planting, weeding, mulching, raking, cleaning, etc.
• Use and maintain gas powered equipment such as blowers, hedge trimmers, mowers, weed trimmers, etc.
• Attend training classes and seminars as requested by Field Manager.

Experienced required:

• This job ranges from entry-level to experienced. Experience is always preferred but we will train the right person!
• Self-motivated and able to problem solve on the fly
• Professional in appearance and actions
• Detail oriented and quality driven
• Must be well organized with an ability to multi-task
• Absolute essential ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Landscape industry certification is a huge plus.
