Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) in Pittsburgh, PA
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
Work Authorization: No Sponsorship
The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Funds Accounting Analyst. Ideal candidates will have experience with financial statements and exposure to SEC regulations as well as working with funds accounting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare regulatory filing forms
- Support SOC1 testing by external auditors
- Review and analyze financial statements
- Review funds' portfolio of investments
- Prepare pro forma disclosures
- Review summary reports and regulatory filings
- Research and evaluate new security holdings
Qualifications
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Required Experience
- 2 years experience with financial statements and working with funds accounting
- Knowledge of GAAP, FASB, and SEC rules
