Work Authorization: US Citizen, No C2C
The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Senior Accountant. Ideal candidates must have 2 years of industry experience with proficiency in excel and GL accounting.
Responsibilities:- Support month-end close processes including entering journal entries and conducting reconciliations
- Conduct monthly analysis of journal entries and financial transactions
- Support balance sheet reconciliations including researching reconciled items and establishing a resolution plan
- Manage sales transactions
- Perform depreciation/capitalization of fixed assets
- Manage commissions
- Manage sales & use tax, real and personal property tax, and other taxes as they relate to the business
Required Education
- Bachelor degree in accounting or related field
- CPA or MBA preferred
Required Experience
- 2 years of corporate accounting or public accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency using accounting software
- Strong communication skills
