The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate need for a Systems & Software Analyst position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and development of new applications and enhancements to existing applications
• Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, plus identify and resolve business systems issues
• Ensure compatibility and operability of all impacted computing systems
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
• Assist in the deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications
• Conduct research on software products to justify recommendations and support purchasing efforts
• Create system design documents and workflows
• Ability to perform simple cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed system enhancements
• Create systems models, specifications, diagrams and charts to document processes
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems
• Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems

Qualifications

Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline

• In lieu of a degree, a commensurate combination of education and experience will be considered

• Seven (7 ) or more years of relevant experience required, including proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Cloud Based Payroll Software, solutions, systems, or products
• Experience with Azure DevOps and other Cloud technologies
