**Job Summary:** Weds. 8am to 3pm/ Thursday 3pm to 7pm/ Sunday 9am to 7pm. Additional hours will be available for the right candidate Monday - Friday.

We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring facilities are safe and well-cared for.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform industrial cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility

- Conduct facilities maintenance duties such as repairs and minor installations

- Maintain a clean pool area and common areas

- Execute commercial cleaning tasks in various areas of the building

- Ensure all areas are kept clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times

- Handle custodial duties including trash removal and restroom cleaning

- Provide floor care services including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance

- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and products

- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment efficiently

- Previous experience in custodial or porter roles is advantageous
