A First Choice Staffing Service - Immediate Hire: Experienced Patient Service Rep
Monday- Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
Looking for someone with at least two years or more of concurrent employment in the medical field or a hospital setting - (EPIC experience is a plus) - Must have experience scheduling patients for multi-specialty practice or hospital, answering multiple phone lines, attention to detail a must, and ability to multi-task/work well under pressure.
Pay depending on experience $18-$20.
Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to patients
• Answer phone
• Scheduling
• Manage patient inquiries and appointments
• Assist with billing and insurance verification

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Patient Service Rep
• Highly skilled in customer service and communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• EPIC is a plus
• Excellent communication

Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen and current reference checks. Must be at least 18 to apply.
