Looking for someone with 2 years of previous on-the-job medical office experience and skills to work full-time in a medical office. The patient service representative (PSR) greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general Access call center duties.EPIC is a plus, but not required.
Duties:

• Checking in/out patients
• Greet patients
• Collect co-pays
• Handle multiple tasks at a fast pace
• Verify patient insurance and information into the computer
• Scan medical cards and information into EMR
• Some insurance verifications
• Phones
• Confirming appointments
• Taking detailed messages
• Routing calls to different departments
• Other clerical duties as needed.

Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen and current reference checks. Must be at least 18 to apply.
