**Overview:**

At A FRIENDLY FACE we are dedicated to providing therapy for patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are inviting BCABAs for part and full time opportunities!

We offer employment opportunities for individuals who are passionate about working with children with developmental disabilities. If you have a love for children, endless patience, and a desire to make the world a better place one child at a time, we welcome you to join our team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Design and Implement behavior intervention plans under guidance of BCBA

- Train and model for your behavior Tech implentation of such plans

- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.

- Provide supervision of therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills.

- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach.

- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.

**Qualifications:**

- BCABA license and limited Medicaid Provider enrollment

- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients, families, and team members.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in challenging situations.

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

**Skills:**

- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.

- Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior tracking tools.

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans accurately.

- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
