You'll be joining us in a newly-created role within our new Group Carbon Solutions team.
Our US business has been developing reliable, impactful and defensible carbon projects for over 12 years. Our new Group Carbon Solutions team will drive our customers' sustainability and emissions agenda to the next level - delivering Lifecyle Refrigerant Management initiatives on a global scale.
Your core objective is to boost sales in the voluntary and compliance carbon markets by creating and following smart sales plans, growing the number of clients who buy carbon offsets, and increasing revenue from carbon credits.

Who you are
You bring 7-10 years of experience in commercial roles in carbon trading, portfolio management, or environmental consulting, and have honed your skills in driving sales growth and achieving business targets.
You have an in-depth understanding of the carbon market landscape, including compliance and voluntary markets, pricing mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks, along with familiarity with carbon credit methodologies and emission reduction projects.
Your proven track record includes developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives, with a knack for negotiating and closing complex deals with corporate clients.
Your excellent collaboration and influencing skills enable you to build strategic relationships globally, work effectively with cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth through persuasive communication and teamwork.
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related fields and thrive in global or multinational environments, understanding international business dynamics and cultural nuances.
