HireArt is helping a global leader in AI development hire Advanced Mobile Developers - AI Training to train AI models to become proficient coders and help build the next generation of coding tools!
We are looking for experienced mobile developers, programmers, coders, and software engineers with iOS and Android platform experience and proficiency in Objective-C to train generative artificial intelligence models.
As an Advanced Mobile Developers - AI Training, your responsibilities may include:

• Evaluating the quality of AI-generated code, including human-readable summaries of your rationale.
• Solve coding problems, writing functional and efficient code.
• Writing robust test cases to confirm code works efficiently and effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3 years of experience in mobile development
• Experience with iOS or Android platforms and proficiency in the following languages:
• Objective-C and Swift (for iOS) or Kotlin (for Android)
• Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Complete fluency in the English language with excellent communication skills
• Local to Dallas and open to working 5 days a week in the Dallas office

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with other programming languages (e.g. Java)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS and Android applications to back-end services
• Understanding of UI/UX standards for mobile platforms
• Experience with performance tuning, threading, and offline storage
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• No previous experience with AI necessary - You will receive detailed instructions on the project if you meet the project requirements

Commitment: This is a full-time, on-going contract position staffed via HireArt with the potential to extend. It is onsite and available to candidates local to the Southlake, TX area.
