Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of financial recordkeeping, including reconciliations, payroll processing, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Conduct account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Handle payroll processing and payroll tax filings
- Maintain the general ledger
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Proficiency in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of debits and credits
- Experience in general ledger accounting and reconciliation
- Familiarity with corporate and governmental accounting practices
- Strong 10-key typing skills
- Understanding of technical accounting principles
- Ability to work with various accounting software
