Regional Director of Line Cleaning Operations
Position Description and Performance Requirements
Position Overview
The position of director of RDLC is a position whose role is to manage assigned AHFP Market Managers, subordinate management teams and personnel. This position is tasked with the ongoing responsibility of ensuring that Line Cleaning Operations are managed according to AHFP Standard Operating Procedures, and against budgeted requirements.
This position will have subordinate positions, and will be tasked with the responsibility to critically evaluate all aspects of the line Cleaning business model on an on-going basis. The RDLC will have the responsibility to provide recommendations of improvement in the areas of Best Practices, productivity, equipment and products, and communication at all levels.
This position will cover the following markets: North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia
Position Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Draft Beer systems
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in prior management positions

  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • Be results driven and self-motivated
Position Responsibilities
Manage the Market Managers and subordinate management on an ongoing basis. Provide guidance, management, support and oversight to include evaluations and reviews.
Perpetually evaluate all aspects of the Line Cleaning business. The position of RDLC is tasked with operational development, as this segment of the AHFP business model grows, understanding the need to adapt to the ever-changing market conditions, labor markets, product and equipment lines, etc.
Manage against all budgeted performance and financial expectations. This position will be involved in development of such budgets.
Additional Responsibilities Overview Continued:
  • Provide quality leadership, constructive problem solving, and creative solutions in all operational categories while upholding AHFP Core Values.
  • Achieve performance and profitability quotas for AHFP for the Line Cleaning Segment
  • Manage, develop and execute plans for New Market Role Outs in conjunction with other personnel.
  • Manage the management teams through coaching, mentoring, and career development.
  • Assist management teams in weekly and monthly operational performance communications.
  • Work closely with the DBO and the other Executive staff to set the vision, goals, budget and overall business plan for sales.
  • Work closely with each Market Manager to evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of sales and profitability. Communicate important information to the sales team, corporate marketing and operations.
  • Evaluate personnel
  • Evaluate Departmental Needs on an ongoing basis
Education / Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) and three years of successful outside territory sales experience, preferably in the hospitality segment.
  • 3 years experience in effective management of 10 employees
  • Proven record of high performance.
  • 5 years in related industries
  • Strong experiences in Draft Beer Industry preferred
Travel
  • Travel is required as a regular part of this position. This position should anticipate traveling 2 weeks per month to assigned areas/markets; These markets will vary and be assigned. Travel will also encompass AHFP's regional footprint and is usually limited to weekdays with some exceptions for trade shows, etc.

  • Personal computer, e-mail, copier, fax, phone, tape measure and other standard office equipment.
Working Hours
  • Hours may vary and may occasionally require evening and weekend work depending on business needs.
