Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing customer relationships in the residential and commercial roofing sectors.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Commission based with the expectation that qualified and productive reps to make $100K-$250K first year with periodic spiffs to earn additional income.
• Sign on Bonus
• Paid training to include all necessary aspects of the industry to be successful.
• Company truck provided with a good driving record and proven sales performance

Your Duties will include:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilizing various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and door-to-door canvassing to identify potential customers.
• Consultative Selling: Conducting thorough roof inspections and assessments to determine the scope of work, recommending appropriate roofing solutions, and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Proposal Development: Creating detailed proposals and presentations outlining project specifications, materials, timelines, and pricing for customers
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Project Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams, including roofing technicians and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of services.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, project details, and sales performance using company CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record of success in roofing sales or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of roofing systems, materials, installation techniques, and building codes.
• Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and colleagues.
