Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients. The ideal candidate will be able to provide assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and support with behavioral management. Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication as directed by the client's healthcare provider.
- Assist clients with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, as needed.
- Manage client behavior and provide support to help them maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
- Advocate for client rights and ensure that their needs are met.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the client's healthcare provider and other relevant parties.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.

Requirements:

- Experience working in home community care, group homes, senior care, long-term care, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities.
- Ability to administer medication and manage client behavior.
- Strong understanding of client rights and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet other legal requirements.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
